Private family health memory

Know what's coming for your family, years before a doctor would.

GoodSpot connects the dots and keeps your health data in your control. A private AI that lives in your home. It learns your family's everyday patterns: meals, sleep, symptoms, lab results. Your data stays yours.

Beta opens this autumn to a small group of families. No data sold, ever.

Most families do not know if and when chronic disease will impact their children.

Four local agents · Edge AI, in your home

One place that understands your family's health, and never lets it out.

Your family's health is written slowly, at home, over years. Four agents, one picture, on your own device. Nobody else's.

01 · GoodHealth

Sees the pattern, not the moment.

Meals, sleep, symptoms, results: in one place, not scattered across apps and drawers. What matters shows up early. Arrive at your GP with evidence, not a vague worry.

02 · GoodMeals

Meal planning, done.

A week of meals planned around what your family actually eats and what their health needs, shopping list included. The single biggest lever on chronic disease, handled every week.

03 · GoodCalendar

Calendars in control.

Appointments, screenings, repeat prescriptions, school dates: scheduled, connected and flagged before they are missed. The family logistics run themselves.

04 · GoodFinance

Budgets and portfolio, set up.

The household budget tracked, the options researched, the groundwork done. Decisions stay yours; the legwork doesn't.

All four run locally, in your home. Nothing you record leaves the house.

The fuller your family's record, the earlier the warning.

Prevention is a twenty-year game. GoodSpot is built for all of it — for you, and nobody else.

The promise

More than you thought possible.

You are the Health Officer of your family. GoodSpot does the officer's admin: meals planned, calendars in control, budgets and portfolio researched and set up.

What comes back is hours and headspace. For the promotion you keep deferring, the business you keep sketching, the evening that is actually yours.

Chronic disease

Chronic disease takes decades to build. Your GP can only treat what has already arrived.

Preventative health

Control your health, in the twenty years nobody is watching.

The first signals start decades before symptoms do: inflammation, insulin resistance, sleep debt. They happen at your kitchen table, not in a clinic. Between 30% and 50% of all cancer cases are preventable. This is when.

Preventable window: 30–50% of cancer cases
Treatment only
Years 1–20

Daily life. Diet, sleep, stress, inactivity. Nothing feels wrong.

Years 5–15

Chronic inflammation and toxins begin cell damage. Still invisible.

Years 10–20

Abnormal cells present. No symptoms, and nothing to trigger a screening.

Years 20–30

Symptoms. The GP refers. The waiting list begins.

How it stays private

The privacy isn't a policy. It's built in.

Most health apps promise not to misuse what you give them. We built GoodSpot so we can never take it. That is the only reason a family would share enough for this to work.

I feel a bit uncomfortable with it. It's just a bit creepy.Rachel, on using ChatGPT for her family

  • It runs where you live. No API, no cloud, nothing to sell.
  • Your records never leave your home. Ever.
  • You own all of it. Yours to keep, pass on, or delete. If we disappeared tomorrow, it would still be yours.

My story

I'm the health officer of my own household.

The earlier you identify the cancer, the better the survival rates. My father, Prof. Augustinus Tulusan

He founded the breast centre at Klinikum Bayreuth and led gynaecology and obstetrics there for eighteen years. The centre he built has been certified by the German Cancer Society since 2005 and counts among Germany's leading breast units.

18

years leading the department. Around 2,000 women treated for breast cancer, roughly nine in ten of whom survived.

195

published papers on breast and gynaecological cancer, cited over 2,290 times.

Yet as a child, we had several close family members and friends with cancer, and nobody knew why.

Every one of them arrived after the diagnosis. He gave a career to the best medicine there is, at the latest possible moment. GoodSpot is the other end of that timeline.

I work full-time and, like 1.4 million sandwich carers in the UK, I look after children and ageing parents at the same time. The options were online forums, a seven-minute appointment, or apps that make their money from the data families give them. I have spent my career on the two hard parts: pulling structure out of messy real-world data, edge AI and data sovereignty.
